Selected Projects
Donor Engagement Center implementation
Creighton University
Co-leading the transition of Creighton’s Phonathon program into a Donor Engagement Center launching fall 2026. The new model expands how the program connects with alumni and donors beyond traditional calling. My focus is the operational side of the build: hiring and training the student team, writing scripts and engagement strategy, designing day-to-day workflows, and managing the program as it transitions. I also lead cross-team collaborations that bring the DEC into partnership with other units across advancement and the university, from initial outreach through ongoing coordination.
Phonathon program leadership
Creighton University
Lead a team of student callers managing annual giving outreach to Creighton alumni. Day-to-day work includes program strategy, student supervision, performance coaching, and the ongoing operational management that keeps a Phonathon program healthy.
Leap Day 2024 digital campaign
Nebraska Children’s Home Society
Designed and ran a single-day digital fundraising campaign built around the question “What would you do with an extra day?” The campaign framed Leap Day as an additional day of program expenses for NCHS families, with a goal of raising the daily operating cost for the Families Forever and Early Childhood Education Center programs. I built the campaign concept, wrote the email series and landing page, and structured the narrative around a family receiving NCHS services. Leap Day fundraising campaigns are uncommon in the nonprofit space, which made this a chance to design something most donors hadn’t seen before.
Spring cleaning donation drive
Nebraska Children’s Home Society
Created and ran a community drive that combined in-kind donations and monetary giving to support household goods for the 1,000+ families NCHS served. Partnered with Omaha-area Starbucks locations as in-kind collection sites and coordinated with a UNO sorority that ran a parallel drive. Built the campaign concept, messaging, social media and print materials, partner relationships, and inventory management.
EveryAction CRM migration
Nebraska Children’s Home Society
Led the migration of NCHS’s donor database to EveryAction, including data cleanup, structure design, and rollout. The migration improved reporting accuracy and reduced operational friction across the development team’s day-to-day work.
